PowerXchange by nina is the child of Arthur Murphy and his girl Ninnette Ciscle (aka Loving Nina). When Nina & Arthur met in the winter of 2005 Arthur was enjoying the cheap thrills of early retirement and Nina was drudging away at an Organization Development Consultant for Lancaster General Hospital. It would take Nina an unsatisfying move to Johns Hopkins Hospital's Human Resource Department before she would come to terms with the fact that she was not cut out for the corporate world. She was ready to pursue her dream to really express herself and own her own business.

Arthur, living a life of leisure for six years, was ready to engage a world that combined so many of his interests: women in shoes, women in corsets, women in latex, women in leather and did we mention women in shoes.

In late 2006 Arthur and Nina joined forces & developed the concept that would become PowerXchange... A boutique designed for alternative expression. Having met at Play House Studios (a private play space run by Arthur and his business partner Glenda Rider), Arthur and Nina both have a passion for Fetish Fashion. But their appreciation of all alternative fashion and the amazing tool it presents to create amazing self expression is the basis for what would become PowerXchange.

Arthur and Nina now enjoy running PowerXchange, spending time together at their home in Baltimore City with their other baby, Daisy a 130 pound/15 month old Mastiff, and supporting

They are both sex and BDSM educators and actively support the alternative community by supporting groups such as Black Rose, Baltimore Education and Social Society, Tabu, and National Coalition for Sexual Freedom.
